In fact, fresh watermelon contains higher levels of lycopene than fresh tomatoes - a 2 cup serving of watermelon contains an average of 18.16 mg and one medium-sized tomato contains only 4 mg. NOTE: All watermelon purchasers that buy 1 lb or more of seed must complete a release form and fax it each year before we can ship your order.
