DESCRIPTION
Standard, most well know variety. Large, thick, 1½-2'H silvery green leaves on 32" tall plants. Very high yielding. Mild cabbage like flavor. Long standing. Slow to bolt. Disease, heat and frost resistant. Excellent for boiling! USES: Freezing, Fresh Markets, Home Gardens, Processing.

Because there are no restrictions on the flow of pollen between individuals, open-pollinated plants are more genetically diverse.
