Returns, Refunds and Shipping & Delivery Policies

Mail your returned item to: Willhite Seed Inc, P.O. Box 23, Poolville, TX 76487. You must include a signed letter in your package stating the reason for your return.

There will be no refunds on seed that has been out of our office more than 30 days from the shipping date and POSITIVELY no refund at any time after the bags have been opened.

All seeds are seasonal; therefore turnaround time is subject to availability and the demand at the time of purchase.

Extra shipping and Handling charges will be added to AK, HI, GU, PR, VI, ETC. Charges for special services (such as FedEx, Air Priority, UPS: Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day) will be added to your order.

Ordering bulk quantity will incur additional shipping charges. We will call prior to shipment with this fee.

Delivery is the responsibility of the carrier once the product has been shipped. Delays due to weather or unforeseen circumstances by the delivery service is not the responsibility of Willhite Seed Inc.

Federal Express & Express Mail Air Priority, UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day will include additional charges.

Extra Shipping fees and a handling charge will be added to AK, HI, GU, PR, VI, and all areas outside the Continental U.S
